Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Proactively source, approach, and convert new customers, retailers, distributors, and strategic business partners across the Australian market.
- Develop and execute channel expansion strategies across retail, e-commerce, telesales/call centre, affiliate, and emerging sales channels.
- Build and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, outbound sales activities, and industry engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, pharmacies, distributors, and commercial partners to expand market presence.
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions to identify opportunities and secure new partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end business development process, from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities and support business expansion strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to support product launches, promotional activities, and customer success initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline reporting, and performance updates to track business development activities and revenue targets.
