You'll be representing Gentu, Magentus' leading cloud-based practice management solution used by healthcare providers across Australia.
You'll have the opportunity to represent a proven market-leading healthcare platform that is helping practices modernise the way they operate. You'll own your territory, build a pipeline of opportunities and work directly with healthcare professionals who are looking for smarter ways to run their businesses and deliver patient care.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of prospecting, the excitement of closing deals and the satisfaction of seeing customers succeed.
Identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to proposal, negotiation and close
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Conducting engaging virtual and onsite product demonstrations
Understanding customer challenges and positioning tailored solutions that deliver measurable value
Developing strategic territory plans to maximise market opportunities
Building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, partners and key industry stakeholders
Collaborating with internal teams to support customer success and long-term growth
Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM activity
Staying informed on healthcare, technology and market trends to identify emerging opportunities
You're an enthusiastic sales professional who thrives on building new relationships, uncovering opportunities, and achieving results. You bring energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping customers find the right solutions.
We're looking for a commercially minded sales professional who combines drive, resilience and curiosity with a consultative approach.
You'll have:
Proven success in business development, new business acquisition or B2B sales
Experience selling SaaS, software, technology or digital solutions
Strong prospecting and pipeline generation skills
The ability to engage, influence and build credibility with decision-makers
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
A consultative sales approach focused on solving customer challenges
Strong organisational and time management skills
A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
A current Australian Driver's License
Bonus points if you have experience within healthcare, medical technology or health services, although this isn't essential.
