About your new role As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the organisation’s customer base through the development of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
You will be responsible for building market presence, identifying customer needs, and positioning innovative energy solutions that deliver commercial and operational value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to deliver year-on-year revenue and profitability growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities across energy solutions
- Understand customer challenges and develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer experience, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and customer outcomes are achieved.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
About you You are a commercially minded Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of the energy sector and a proven ability to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver revenue growth.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, account management, or commercial roles within the energy, utilities, or related sectors.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strategic customer relationships.
- Experience identifying customer needs and developing solutions that deliver both financial and operational outcomes.
