We have massive targets locked in for FY27, and we need a high-performing legend to help us hit them.
As our National BDM, you will own the full sales cycle from first hello to the final signature. You’ll be targeting construction and transport sectors across Australia, turning cold outreach into warm partnerships.
Hunt & Deliver: Build, manage, and close your own pipeline. Yes, this includes cold outreach. If you cringe at the word "cold," this isn't your gig.
Consultative Selling: Dive into client challenges, speak their language (whether they are in a boardroom or a hard hat), and pitch tailored solution-led proposals.
Ecosystem Building: Represent Kynection at major industry events and expand our national partner ecosystem.
Strategise: Work closely with our internal delivery, marketing, and customer success teams to make sure what you sell is delivered flawlessly.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in B2B technology or technical solution selling (software is great, but any solid technical sales background counts).

Communication: The ability to command a room, whether you're talking to a C-level executive or an operations manager on a job site.
