Stanbury & Co Pty Ltd is the Australian sales and support office for Stanbury Electrical Engineering, a global manufacturer of industrial battery charging solutions with over 60 years of experience.
We work closely with businesses across warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, airports and distribution, helping customers select, implement and support industrial battery charging systems. Our focus is on building long-term customer relationships and providing exceptional technical and commercial support.
As our Australian business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Business Operations & Customer Success Coordinator to become an important part of our team.
This is far more than a traditional administration role.
Working directly alongside the Australian General Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating customer relationships, projects and the day-to-day operation of a growing B2B business.
You’ll become the person who keeps everything moving—ensuring customers are kept informed, projects stay on track, meetings are well organised and every commitment is followed through.
Whether it’s preparing a proposal, coordinating a customer training session, following up a quotation or supporting a major customer project, you’ll help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers while keeping the Australian business running smoothly.
No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

Follow up quotations, enquiries and customer requests.
Work alongside the Australian General Manager to prepare customer proposals and presentations.

Assist in improving business systems and processes as the Australian business continues to grow.
We’re not looking for someone with experience in industrial battery chargers—we’ll teach you that.
Instead, we’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with people and has exceptional attention to detail.
This role would suit someone early in their career who is looking to take the next step, or someone with a couple of years’ experience in administration, customer service, project coordination or sales support who wants a broader role with genuine responsibility and long-term career opportunities.
You’ll be someone who:
Loves organising people, projects and information.
Naturally follows up on outstanding tasks without being asked.
Communicates confidently and professionally.
Has excellent written communication skills.
Takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.
Is eager to learn, grow and take on increasing responsibility.
Work directly alongside the Australian General Manager.
Be part of a growing, innovative B2B business.
Flexible working arrangements, including up to two days working from home once established in the role.
Ongoing training and mentoring—we’ll teach you our products and industry.
Genuine opportunities to grow your career as our Australian business expands.
A supportive team environment where your ideas and contribution genuinely matter.
This role is based in our Knoxfield office. While most of your time will be office-based, occasional travel will be required to attend customer meetings, training sessions, trade shows and industry events.
If you’re organised, enjoy working with people and are looking for a career where you can continue to learn, grow and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
