We are on the lookout for a Candidate Onboarding Coordinator based in Melbourne to join our national Talent Acquisition Team working across the Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland Portfolio. As a Candidate Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of onboarding for new employees. You will take ownership of the onboarding process from the moment a new employee accepts their contract and act as the primary contact for all onboarding tasks and queries, guiding new hires to complete mandatory requirements, while ensuring a seamless, compliant and engaging start. Responsibilities Include: Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team to engage new employees and manage expectations throughout the onboarding process. Guide new hires to complete all mandatory pre employment requirements such as, TFN, Superannuation, Bank Details and other pre-employment forms. Accurately and promptly update employee information in Workday and rostering systems. Deliver MSS induction sessions daily, to ensure new employees are fully prepared before their first day. About you: If you are someone who has previously worked in Talent Acquisition, Early Careers or a customer service role and thrive on building impactful relationships this role is for you. What we are looking for is: Full Australian Working Rights Verifiable experience working in a high-volume, results-focused environment Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse employees and stakeholder Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in using ATS or HRIS will be beneficial (Workday would be a plus!)
