Chiller Service Supervisor - Worklife balance opportunity

The CompanyOur client is a global leader in climate control solutions with almost 30 years of experience in the HVAC market, specialized in the design and production of non-standard chillers for applications in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
You will be involved in, but not limited to: - Perform onsite visits to complete both proactive and reactive troubleshooting plus preventative maintenance tasks.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Assist the technical support team with delivering a technical training program to our service partners and clients.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding internal KPIs as set for achieving customer success.
- Provide technical feedback relating to equipment issues occurring on customer sites,
warranty claims and to support continuous improvement activities.
To be successful, you will have: - Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, specifically, chillers and heat pumps; knowledge of control systems and communication protocols
- Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning; ARC issued refrigerant handling license; construction industry white card.
- Previous experience in a similar role, and Turbocor
compressor experience will be highly regarded. - Requires strong communication skills, strong management and multitasking skills and identify, implement and document best practice for commissioning, operating, and maintaining equipment.
Hours and Rate:Flexible Day shift hours: Anytime between 6:00 - 17:00 for 38 hours per week.
Hourly rate: $65 -$75/hr + super + OT,
Can offer car allowance of provide a car depending on what the applicant requires & 20K allowance + eTag and fuel card
