Position Description

We're looking for a Client Experience Lead who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and helping people feel seen, supported and valued.

At Real Schools, we work with schools across Australia and New Zealand to build school cultures that build better people. Every interaction a school has with us matters. Every email. Every event. Every registration. Every onboarding conversation. Every follow-up.

You'll be the person who notices the small details that make a big difference. The person who asks, "How could this experience be even better?" and then helps make it happen.

Working across marketing, partnerships and operations, you'll help ensure every touchpoint with Real Schools feels professional, seamless and human.

You'll be fluent in CRM systems and comfortable working with marketing automation tools. You understand how data, workflows and customer journeys connect, and you're confident using technology to help create seamless experiences at scale.

If you love creating order, solving problems and helping people have a great experience, this role could be for you.

Please follow the instructions on how to apply below (we will not accept applications through Seek alone).

About Real Schools and Adam

Real Schools works with educators across Australia and New Zealand to transform school culture through restorative practices.

That means helping schools move away from reactive, inconsistent responses to behaviour and towards something more predictable, fair and human. When that shift happens, classrooms run better, staff feel more confident, and students know how to repair things when they go wrong.

The work is led by our CEO and Founder Adam Voigt, a former principal who’s spent years working alongside schools to make restorative practices practical and sustainable in real settings.
