This isn't your typical customer service or administration position.
You'll become the trusted point of contact for clients making one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives—building their investment property portfolio.
You'll guide them through every stage of the journey, coordinate multiple stakeholders, solve problems before they become problems, and ensure every client receives an outstanding experience.

As our Client Success Coordinator, you'll own the client journey from the moment a client comes on board until their investment property settles.
You'll work with clients, brokers, builders, solicitors and internal team members to ensure every transaction keeps moving forward and every client feels informed, supported and cared for.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people and coordinating lots of moving parts.
You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, make decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
Becoming the primary point of contact for our clients.
Conducting welcome calls with new clients.
Coordinating the client journey from onboarding through to settlement.
Communicating regularly with clients via phone, email and WhatsApp.
Working closely with brokers, builders, solicitors and internal teams.
Monitoring deal progress and proactively removing delays.
Managing AML (anti-money laundering) compliance for new clients.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and client updates.
Following up outstanding items and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Delivering a genuine five-star client experience.

Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.

You'll be highly regarded if you've worked in:
Property investment
Buyer's advocacy
Residential building or developer client services
Client relationship management
Events or conference coordination
Five-star hospitality
Medical or specialist practice management
Customer Success or Account Management
Experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive or exposure to property transactions, finance or compliance processes is an advantage, but not essential.
