About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and maximise the value of their partnership with Law Compliance.
You'll proactively guide clients through their compliance journey, helping them adopt our solutions, improve engagement and achieve successful compliance outcomes. You'll also play a key role in our Client CARE Program, driving long-term client satisfaction, retention and growth.
Working closely with our Product, Technology, Content, Sales and Marketing teams, you'll ensure every client feels supported, informed and successful.
What You'll Be Doing
Build strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and ongoing support.
Conduct regular client meetings, discussions and demos.
Drive adoption and effective use of our compliance platform and services.
Deliver product demonstrations, refresher training and best practice guidance.
Monitor client engagement and proactively identify opportunities to improve client success.
Identify risks to client satisfaction and implement strategies to strengthen relationships.
Partner with internal teams to resolve client issues and continually improve the customer experience.
Recognise opportunities to introduce additional products and services that create value for clients.
Capture client feedback and advocate for enhancements that improve our solutions.
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about helping customers succeed and enjoy building trusted, long-term relationships.
You'll bring:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Relationship Management or a similar customer-facing role.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
Experience delivering software demonstrations, onboarding or client training.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
An ability to move at pace.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in a SaaS or technology business.
Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).
Experience supporting enterprise or corporate clients.
Exposure to change management or organisational transformation.
Experience with Prince2 or equivalent.
