Lanrex is a leading Managed Services Provider helping businesses unlock measurable outcomes through technology. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Consultant – Digital Transformation to join our Customer Success Team and guide clients through strategic IT change.
This is a hybrid role blending advisory, consulting delivery, and relationship management. You'll use Lanrex's 4-stage diagnostics framework to shape IT strategy, drive innovation, and ensure seamless service delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead client discovery sessions and build tailored digital transformation roadmaps
Align IT strategy with business goals through annual planning and strategic reviews
Deliver consulting engagements across security, operations, and service management
Facilitate workshops, QBRs, and stakeholder interviews
Advocate for clients, identify new opportunities, and drive commercial outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation
Contribute to thought leadership and participate in client events
What You'll Bring
2+ years in a client-facing consulting or account management role (MSP, SaaS, or tech advisory)
Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and IT strategy development
Strong technical background with the ability to translate tech into business outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, ISO27001, Agile, or DevSecOps
Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or equivalent experience
