Lanrex is a leading Managed Services Provider helping businesses unlock measurable outcomes through technology. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Consultant – Digital Transformation to join our Customer Success Team and guide clients through strategic IT change.

This is a hybrid role blending advisory, consulting delivery, and relationship management. You'll use Lanrex's 4-stage diagnostics framework to shape IT strategy, drive innovation, and ensure seamless service delivery.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead client discovery sessions and build tailored digital transformation roadmaps

  • Align IT strategy with business goals through annual planning and strategic reviews

  • Deliver consulting engagements across security, operations, and service management

  • Facilitate workshops, QBRs, and stakeholder interviews

  • Advocate for clients, identify new opportunities, and drive commercial outcomes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and implementation

  • Contribute to thought leadership and participate in client events


What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years in a client-facing consulting or account management role (MSP, SaaS, or tech advisory)

  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and IT strategy development

  • Strong technical background with the ability to translate tech into business outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, ISO27001, Agile, or DevSecOps

  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or equivalent experience
