Effica is looking for someone unusually talented.
Not necessarily someone with years of Customer Success experience.
Not necessarily someone from SaaS.
Not necessarily someone who already knows the NDIS sector.
We are looking for someone with spark.
Someone who learns quickly, speaks warmly, thinks clearly, takes ownership, and knows how to make people feel calm, supported and understood.
Effica (www.effica.com.au) is an AI-native care management platform built for the NDIS sector. We help NDIS providers manage rostering, compliance, claims, participant records and daily operations with the support of Effie, our AI co-pilot.
This is a customer-facing role. You will help new providers onboard onto Effica, guide them through the platform, support their teams, and make sure every customer feels confident, heard and looked after.

We will train you on Effica, Effie, the NDIS sector and Customer Success.
What we cannot train is warmth, curiosity, initiative and genuine care for customers. That part needs to already be in you.
