We are looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Customer Success & Operations Associate to join our Sydney team and play a key role in supporting our growing client community.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Customer Success, Operations, Compliance, Product, Marketing Technology, and AI, while working closely with experienced leaders in a fast-moving fintech environment.

The Opportunity

As our Graduate Customer Success & Operations Associate, you will be the frontline connection between Wealth99 and our clients.

You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while gaining exposure to how a high-growth fintech business operates behind the scenes.

Working alongside senior team members, you will develop expertise across client relationships, compliance processes, digital platforms, automation, AI tools, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Client Experience

• Support clients through email, ticketing systems, and phone conversations with professionalism and care.
• Assist customers with account enquiries, platform questions, and general support requests.
• Build strong relationships by providing clear, timely, and accurate communication.
• Identify customer feedback and insights to help improve the Wealth99 experience.

Client Onboarding & Compliance

• Guide clients through account setup and verification processes.
• Assist with KYC/KYB procedures while maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.
• Support compliance processes in line with Australian regulatory requirements.

Operations & Technology

• Manage and maintain customer information across platforms including HubSpot, Zoom, and Eventbrite.
• Support reporting, data accuracy, and internal processes.
• Assist with testing new platform features before launch.
• Learn and apply emerging AI tools and marketing technologies to improve workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Sales.
• Share customer insights to help improve products, processes, and business decisions.
• Contribute ideas in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirments

Education

• Completed tertiary qualification (Bachelor degree preferred).

Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.

Work Rights

• Full Australian working rights required.
• Please note: this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Availability

• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• This is an office-based role in our Sydney CBD location.

Technology

• Comfortable learning new software platforms and digital tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot, ticketing systems, or automation tools is advantageous but not essential.

Attention to Detail

• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage customer information, documentation, and compliance processes accurately.
