The OpportunityThis is an entry-level role designed for someone who is early in their career and genuinely excited about the world of SaaS, Customer Success, and real estate.
Mentored by some of the most experienced practitioners in the industry, you’ll be working closely with the 20 largest real estate brands in the country, across eMail, SMS and Social Media.
You'll underpin our Onboarding, Customer Success, and Account Management teams — supporting the day-to-day needs of our customers while building the skills and knowledge to step into a specialist track.
You'll be speaking to real customers, solving real problems, and getting a front-row seat to how a commercially-driven Customer function operates. If you're hungry to learn and ready to contribute from day one, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do- Support the Customer team with customer communications, scheduling, CRM updates, and follow-ups
- Assist Onboarding Managers in coordinating customer kick-offs and tracking onboarding milestones
- Help CSMs maintain account health records and prepare materials for customer check-ins and reviews
- Handle lower-complexity customer queries with confidence and care, escalating when needed
- Shadow customer calls across all three tracks — Onboarding, CS, and Account Management — to build your understanding of the full customer lifecycle
- Maintain clean, accurate data across our CRM and customer success platform
- Contribute ideas and flag what you're noticing — we genuinely want to hear it
