Effica is building Australia’s first AI-native care management platform for the NDIS sector, right here in Adelaide.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to help NDIS providers onboard, learn, and get real value from Effica and Effie, our AI co-pilot.
No SaaS experience required. No NDIS experience required. No degree required.
