- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and product adoption.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Understand customer needs and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Proactively engage with customers to maximize product value and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
