  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

  • Proactively engage with customers to maximize product value and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and customer experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
