We’re looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey, help them maximize the value of our products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to build strong client relationships, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with onboarding, product guidance, and ongoing support.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and users.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and virtual meetings in a timely manner.

Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service quality.

Track customer feedback and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.

Support customer retention and engagement initiatives across the business.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a remote environment.

Basic familiarity with CRM systems or support tools is an advantage.

Previous customer service, sales support, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
