We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant to join our growing remote team in Australia. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with onboarding, account support, and general inquiries

• Build positive relationships and provide excellent customer experiences

• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives

• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams

• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities

• Maintain accurate customer records and communication updates

• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to improve customer success outcomes

• Learn and apply customer service best practices and tools

• Customer service, administration, or support experience is a plus
