We are hiring a Customer Success Consultant – Australia Only (Remote, Entry-Level) for a full-time remote position.
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customers achieve success with products and services. You will work closely with customers to provide support, guidance, and a positive overall experience throughout their journey with the company.
Your key responsibilities will include communicating with customers through email, phone, chat, and virtual meetings to address inquiries and provide assistance. You will support customer onboarding activities, help users understand product features and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and engagement. You will also maintain accurate customer records, monitor customer feedback, assist with account management tasks, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems is advantageous but not required. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment are essential for success in this role.
