🎯 Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, phone, and virtual meetings.
Assist customers with onboarding, product guidance, and account-related support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their goals and needs.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and communication logs.
Support customer engagement, retention, and success initiatives.
Stay updated on company products, services, and customer success best practices.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Previous customer service, support, sales, or internship experience is advantageous but not required.
