We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are passionate about helping customers, building strong relationships, and ensuring a great user experience.
You will play a key role in supporting customers after onboarding, ensuring they achieve success with our products/services, and helping improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Support customers via email, chat, or phone to resolve inquiries and issues
• Guide customers on product usage and best practices
• Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth adoption
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Work with product and technical teams to escalate and resolve issues
• Track customer success metrics and report insights
• Help improve customer experience and retention strategies
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of SaaS or digital products is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM or support tools (training provided)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role
• No prior experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
