  • Assist customers with onboarding, account setup, and product guidance
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to address customer needs
  • Help customers maximize product usage and overall experience
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Support customer retention and engagement initiatives

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations is a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
