We are hiring a Customer Success Consultant (Entry / Junior Level) for a full-time position.

We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Success team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates and aspiring professionals who are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals while building long-term relationships. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive outstanding support, maximize the value of our products and services, and enjoy a positive customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include onboarding new customers, providing product guidance and training, and assisting clients with inquiries through email, phone, and online communication channels. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, monitor customer satisfaction, identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, and proactively address potential issues. You will also collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to resolve customer concerns, maintain accurate customer records, prepare reports on customer engagement, and contribute to customer retention and account growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, while familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar customer management tools is an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
