We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are passionate about helping customers achieve success, building strong relationships, and ensuring an excellent user experience.
You will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring they get maximum value from our products/services, and contributing to customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers via email, chat, or phone support
• Guide users on product features and best practices
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure smooth adoption
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
• Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams
• Help resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Track customer success metrics and report insights
• Contribute to improving overall customer experience and retention
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of SaaS or digital products is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM or support tools (training provided)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
