The Role
As the Client Success Coordinator, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across Dynamiq's advisory professional services. You'll support the smooth day-to-day operation of the business — including scheduling, CRM and reporting administration, and client and project coordination — working closely with our Advisors and Client Success team to enable effective service delivery. This is a full-time 12-month opportunity.
Your duties will include:
Be a first point of contact for client and internal scheduling, administrative, and support enquiries.
Coordinate scheduling and logistics to support the delivery of advisory engagements.
Attend client meetings as required, providing administrative and coordination support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across the CRM, including client, opportunity, and project data.
Prepare and maintain regular reporting to support business and client needs.
Maintain client and project documentation, feedback records, and supporting materials.
Manage and process business forms and documentation as required, including onboarding and progression-related paperwork.
Support financial administration tasks, such as invoicing, expense processing, and vendor administration.
Collaborate effectively with Advisors, Client Success, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and support continuous improvement across the business.
About you:
Prior experience in an administration, coordination, or client support role.
Proficiency with CRM and reporting systems.
Strong skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong numeracy and data accuracy skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with a structured and organised approach to work.
Experience with scheduling and logistics coordination.
Experience with financial administration, such as invoicing, expenses, or vendor management.
Experience engaging with stakeholders or clients to gather and interpret requirements.
