We are building a digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through strategic marketing, performance-driven campaigns, and scalable digital solutions. We are currently assembling a founding team to establish the agency and build long-term client relationships.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join as a co-founder and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. You will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of services.
This is a founding role offering 20% equity, with no compensation until the agency generates sustainable cashflow.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start
• Act as the main point of contact for client communication
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance and communicate results to clients
• Gather client feedback and improve service delivery
