Our clients use Rapid Crews to manage onboarding, mobilisation, training, compliance and workforce visibility across large workforces.
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help our clients get more value from Rapid Crews, stay engaged and feel properly looked after.
About the role
This is a people-focused role built around client relationships.
You will speak with clients regularly, understand how they are going, help them use Rapid Crews well and make sure small issues do not become bigger problems.
You will be one of the regular faces of Rapid Crews for our clients.
This role suits someone who is friendly, confident, clear and consistent. You do not need Rapid Crews experience. We will provide training. What matters most, is you enjoy speaking to people, following up and building trust over time.
What you will do
Build strong working relationships with clients.
Speak with clients by phone, email, online meetings and occasional visits.
Help clients understand how Rapid Crews helps their business.
Deliver training.
Identify training needs, usage gaps, relationship risks and client feedback.
Help clients get more value from Rapid Crews.
Keep client contact details, notes and follow-up actions up to date.
Share client feedback and improvement ideas with the wider team.
Notice when clients need extra support, training or attention.
About you
We are far more interested in who you are than where you have worked.
You may already have experience in customer success, account management, training, workforce mobilisation or client relationship management.
You may also be looking to move from recruitment, customer service, hospitality, retail, education or another people-focused role.

Previous experience with workforce mobilisation, mining, construction, enterprise software or SaaS would help, but is not essential.
We are more interested in your communication, reliability and attitude than whether you already know our industry or software.

Hours and location
Based in Osborne Park, WA.
Part-time permanent of 30 hours preferred (pro-rata), though full-time OK for the right person.
The work pattern needs be consistent across the week because our clients need regular coverage.
