About Us


Lightsail is an Australian software and consulting company behind Safeteams, a growing Safety Management System used by organisations across transport, logistics, construction, and other operational industries.

We are looking for a casual or part-time team member to assist with client onboarding, customer support, administration, training, and business analysis activities as we continue to grow.


About the Role


This is a hands-on support role working closely with clients and our internal team to help deliver a great customer experience and continuously improve how clients use the platform.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with onboarding new Safeteams clients
  • Supporting customer enquiries and platform support requests
  • Configuring users, sites, forms, inductions, and settings
  • Delivering online customer training and “train the trainer” sessions
  • Assisting with customer success and follow-up activities
  • Gathering customer feedback and helping document business requirements
  • Assisting with process mapping, workflow reviews, and solution improvements
  • General administration and coordination tasks
  • Helping maintain support documentation and knowledge base content


About You


You will ideally have:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence working with software platforms and clients
  • Experience in customer support, onboarding, administration, training, or business analysis
  • The ability to understand operational processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities


Experience in WHS, compliance, transport, SaaS platforms, or process improvement would be highly regarded but is not essential.
