About Supy

Supy is a back-of-house SaaS platform for multi-location restaurant operators, replacing spreadsheets, manual ordering, and disconnected stocktake processes with a single system for inventory management, recipe costing, supplier management, and purchase order automation. We operate across the UAE, UK, Europe, and APAC. Melbourne is our second Australian base, supporting Victoria's distinct and independent-led hospitality market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Intern to join our APAC team in Melbourne. This is a hands-on, six-month paid internship in which you will contribute to live customer accounts across Victoria under the direct supervision of a senior Customer Success Manager. The role is designed to develop the operational skills, product knowledge, and local market expertise required to progress into a full Customer Success Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor product adoption across a portfolio of live Victorian accounts and identify early indicators of risk
  • Prepare pre-meeting briefs and account summaries using HubSpot, Gleap, and Fathom
  • Attend customer meetings alongside senior CSMs, capture structured notes, and deliver follow-up action items within agreed timeframes
  • Conduct on-site customer visits across Melbourne, where appropriate, to build practical understanding of how the platform is used across different venue types
  • Document region-specific implementation considerations and contribute them to the APAC onboarding playbook
  • Apply AI tools, including Claude, to synthesise call transcripts into account action plans, with appropriate review and refinement

Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in business, hospitality, commerce, or a related field
  • Melbourne-based, with the ability to attend customer sites in person; this role is not remote
  • Confident working with data and spreadsheets; SQL is not required
  • Strong written communication, with an emphasis on clarity and precision
  • Genuine interest in restaurant and hospitality operations; Victorian hospitality experience is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a demonstrable ability to apply them effectively
  • Eligible to work in Australia
