About the role


We’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join MediQo and play a critical role in ensuring our customers are set up for success from day one.


This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on onboarding and supporting medical practices as they implement MediQo’s AI platform. You’ll work closely with clinic owners, doctors, practice managers, and head office teams across single-site clinics through to large healthcare groups.


Your core responsibility is simple:


Make sure our customers are set up correctly, trained effectively, and actively using (and loving) MediQo.


You’ll guide each customer through our proven onboarding process, including:


  • Setting up their MediQo environment and configurations
  • Training clinical and admin staff on how to use the platform
  • Running weekly check-ins to track progress and adoption
  • Troubleshooting issues and answering support questions
  • Monitoring usage and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes
  • Liaising with our development team on feature requests, bugs, and improvements


You’ll have access to tools and dashboards to track customer engagement and performance, and you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth to continuously improve onboarding outcomes.


This is a role where you’ll see the direct impact of your work: helping clinics become more efficient, reduce admin, and improve patient care.


About you


You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with customers to solve problems and drive outcomes.


You are:


  • A clear, confident communicator who can work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple customers and priorities at once
  • A quick thinker who can troubleshoot issues and find solutions in real time
  • Naturally proactive, taking ownership of customer success rather than waiting for problems to arise
  • Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical conversations


Experience in customer service, onboarding, or support within a tech or SaaS environment is highly regarded but not essential.


More importantly, you have:


  • A strong track record of problem solving and accountability
  • The ability to build trust with customers and internal teams
  • A genuine interest in helping customers succeed
  • A willingness to travel for work where required (expenses included)


Bonus (but not required):


  • Experience working with healthcare or medical practices
  • Familiarity with CRM or support tools
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
