💼 Customer Success Manager

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers 🤝
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product/service usage
  • Monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
  • Experience in SaaS or tech environments is advantageous
