We’re looking for Customer Success Managers who have hands on experience in collision repair and want to step into a people-focused, tech enabled role.

What you’ll do
- Support repair centres to get the best out of iBodyshop
- Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits
- Identify workflow improvements and training needs
- Drive added value and improved business performance for our users
- Align product selection and utilisation with customer needs
- Represent Clear21 across your region and contribute to industry engagement
What you bring
- Experience in an automotive collision repair environment (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence using software and learning new technology
- Ability to manage your own schedule and work independently
- Sales or customer-facing experience
