Role Description

This is a part-time, remote position for a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering trust-based relationships. Responsibilities include addressing client concerns, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, analyzing customer feedback, and providing solutions to improve services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance client engagement and outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Retention
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for evaluating metrics and improving outcomes
  • Strong Relationship Building abilities to foster long-term partnerships with clients
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and effectively in a remote environment
  • Relevant experience in customer success roles; experience in creative industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
