We’re looking for Customer Success Managers who take a commercial, strategic approach to managing customer relationships.
About you
You bring a sharp mix of industry know-how and commercial instinct, with experience in corporate travel, SaaS, or customer success. You’re comfortable in the room with senior stakeholders - whether it’s a CFO, Procurement lead, or Travel Manager, and know how to build credibility quickly. You think in outcomes, not activity, using data to uncover insights and tell a clear, compelling story. Proactive by nature, you bring structure to complexity and stay focused on solutions that drive real value.
About the role
This is a proactive, strategic role rather than a reactive support position. As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor, focused on delivering meaningful customer outcomes and fostering long-term value.
