About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager and under the wing of an experienced Leader, you will be a go-to expert for our Agent Solutions product suite - Responsible for successful software implementations and customer retention of the product set, demonstrating the product functionality to customers, and managing customer relations during all phases of implementation (planning, setup and delivery) to ensure timely and high-standard outcomes.

You will support the customer owner to help clients get maximum value out of our tech solutions and further embed Domain as an essential partner to their business functions.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead new customers through onboarding - from setup to training - so they feel confident and get value fast.
  • Build strong relationships as their go‑to contact, staying connected through check‑ins and proactive support.
  • Keep an eye on customer health and usage, jumping in early to drive retention and renewal readiness.
  • Work across product, support, and operations to solve issues and champion customer feedback.
  • Spot opportunities for upsell or expanded adoption, teaming up with Sales when growth conversations arise.
  • Support the full customer lifecycle and help refine our playbooks, processes, and success frameworks.

Ideally You'll Have:

ESSENTIALS:

  • Strong Customer Success background working with digital / Saas platforms.
  • Experience with product training & customer retention.
  • Technical capability to present customer insights using sales data and dashboards.
  • Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in client meetings.
  • Valid Australian drivers license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).

NICE TO HAVES:

  • An understanding of the Real Estate and Proptech landscape.
  • Familiarity with CRM system functions.
