We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is passionate about empowering clients through technology and thrives in a dynamic, innovation driven environment. Based at our headquarters in Melbourne’s inner southeast, you will join a small collaborative and talented team managing our Asia Pacific Clients and who are also committed to delivering smart, effective solutions that truly make a difference.

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days at our inner South East Melbourne office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure positive, value-driven customer experiences.

  • Deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives to proactively address their concerns.

  • Serve as a customer advocate, offering insights that shape the product vision and inform the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new applications.

  • Quickly address and resolve customer and employee satisfaction issues to maintain high levels of engagement and loyalty.


About You:

  • You will be hands-on, willing to learn in-depth about our technology and use that learning to achieve real customer outcomes.

  • Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively on technical and business issues.

  • Flexibility and a willingness to be mobile are key to succeeding in this position.

  • Previous experience in the removalist/relocation industry would be advantageous.
