The Role
As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll lead a national team responsible for turning inbound enquiries into active customers while delivering a seamless, high-quality experience at every step.
This role is a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement, where you’ll be driving team performance, improving processes, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Karmo experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high energy, deal driven sales floor focused purely on activity, conversion and results.
What That Looks Like
- Lead and coach a national Customer Success team
- Drive conversion of inbound leads into active subscriptions
- Guide customers through the sign-up journey and help them find the right solution
- Monitor pipeline, lead quality and conversion performance
- Improve processes across the customer lifecycle
- Work closely with internal teams to optimise the end-to-end experience
- Handle escalations and ensure strong customer outcomes
