Location: Sydney - Hybrid

As growth continues, they are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Customer Success Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for partner organisations and driving ongoing engagement, adoption, and retention.

Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building strong client relationships and creating meaningful outcomes for customers.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you will become the trusted partner for a portfolio of organisations, taking ownership of the customer journey from onboarding through to long-term success.

You will help clients launch successfully, maximise engagement across their workforce, and ensure they are receiving measurable value from the partnership. This role would suit someone who enjoys a blend of relationship management, customer success, campaign execution, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead the onboarding process for newly acquired partner organisations.
  • Develop tailored launch plans to ensure a smooth transition from sales through to implementation.
  • Support clients in achieving fast adoption and early success.

Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner organisations post-sale.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership teams, HR professionals, and internal champions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance engagement and strengthen partnerships.

Engagement & Communication Campaigns

  • Develop and execute tailored communication and activation strategies.
  • Coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, including email, digital communications, internal platforms, and marketing collateral.
  • Drive participation and engagement through creative and data-informed initiatives.

Customer Success & Growth

  • Monitor customer health, engagement levels, and adoption metrics.
  • Provide strategic recommendations that improve outcomes and maximise value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders and present insights on performance and growth opportunities.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records and workflows within the CRM platform.
  • Track onboarding progress, engagement activity, and key success metrics.
  • Use data and reporting to support decision making and customer retention strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
  • Partner with Marketing to refine customer communication and engagement materials.
  • Collaborate across the business to continuously improve the client experience.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the organisation at industry events, partner launches, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Act as a passionate advocate for the business and the value it delivers to customers.

About You

We're looking for a relationship-driven professional who combines strong customer success expertise with commercial awareness and outstanding stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in Client Success/Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
  • Experience working within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and driving engagement outcomes.
  • Experience planning and executing customer communications or marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organisational and project management capabilities.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • A customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

Highly Regarded

The following experience would be advantageous:

  • SaaS, digital platforms, HR technology, employee engagement platforms, loyalty programs, or employee benefits solutions.
  • Working with enterprise, government, public sector, healthcare, education, or community-focused organisations.
  • Experience interpreting customer data and translating insights into engagement strategies.
  • Exposure to customer onboarding, implementation, or lifecycle management programs.
