Client Success Manager – Residential Real Estate

VFX Print Group is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Success Manager to support our growing portfolio of residential real estate clients.

We are proud to partner with Sydney’s leading real estate brands, supplying them with all their print and signage requirements. Working with the agents, coordinators and marketing teams, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, managing their requirements and ensuring a seamless experience from enquiry through to delivery and installation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients or has a background in the real estate industry, managing multiple priorities, solving problems and partnering with internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will be a key point of contact for VFX’s residential real estate clients. You will work directly with client agencies as well as with Sales, Production and Installation teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to the highest standard. The hiring manager and direct report for this role will be the Head of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, agents and property marketing teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, orders, project updates and ongoing support.
• Coordinate property marketing projects from order placement through to delivery and installation.
• Manage customer requests, resolve issues and ensure excellent service outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client information, records and project documentation.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate successful project delivery.
• Provide regular updates on client activity, opportunities, risks and account performance.

 Skills, Experience & Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales support, customer success, or the real estate industry
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer support skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Hands-on experience using ERP and CRM systems
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience within residential real estate, property marketing, print, signage or visual communications will be highly regarded.
