RewardPay is an Australian fintech founded in 2016 that helps business owners earn loyalty rewards on payments they are already making, including ATO bills, supplier invoices, and rent. We facilitate over 1,000,000 transactions per year across Australia and New Zealand through our purpose-built payments platform.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused and sales-minded person to join our fast-growing B2B payments fintech as a Customer Success Manager. You will be relationship-first, working across our Australian and New Zealand business customers to retain them, grow their usage, and win back those who have lapsed. This is the perfect role for a person that is looking for their first Sales/ Client Management role.
Welcome new customers onto the platform by calling, emailing, and helping them navigate the system during set-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive long-term retention and growth.
Make proactive outbound calls to save at-risk customers and re-engage lapsed ones.
Share key customer feedback from welcome calls/ general customer discussions to assist the business to understand what customers value, what is not working, and how we can improve.
Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to share customer insights and help inform product, marketing, and operational decisions.
Share competitor analysis information, gained through talking with customers, with key RewardPay stakeholders to stay across how we compare in the market and feed that back to the team.
Work side by side with the Customer Support team, stepping in to provide cover when needed.
Serve as the internal voice of the customer, spotting friction in the experience and actively suggesting improvements.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and help build out how we track and manage customer success over time.
You will be a strong fit if you have:
A desire to build a career in Sales / Account Management. This is a position with a huge runway!
Comfort on the phone. You do not find outbound calling uncomfortable, and you know how to have a natural, confident conversation.
Organised and self-driven. You manage your own time well, stay on top of follow-ups, and do not need to be told what to do next.

Curiosity about fintech, payments, or financial services. You do not need deep expertise, but you should want to learn.
