The Role
As a Customer Success Manager/Onboarding Manager, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of SMB customers, helping them unlock the full value of Podium. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and growth through strategic guidance, scalable outreach, and a deep understanding of what success looks like for each business.


What You’ll Do

  • Guide customers to set goals and track success with Podium

  • Deliver strategic advice to drive product adoption and solve business problems

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio with tech-touch engagement

  • Provide proactive support to reduce churn and maximise value

  • Advocate for customers internally to shape our product and service


What You Bring

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or consultative sales

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Confidence influencing customer decisions and business outcomes

  • Background in SaaS or tech-enabled businesses is a bonus

  • Experience with SMBs in retail, auto, healthcare or home services is a plus
