About the role

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Manager in the Sunshine Coast region to help us grow our influence in the area.

This is a flexible part-time role, 24 hours per week. You will own your region from Day 1, operating with genuine autonomy. The Head of Customer Success is available for support and strategic direction, but you will be working this position like you were building your own business so this role suits someone who thrives without close oversight, sets their own agenda, and takes full ownership of their results.

 We're not looking for someone to manage a task list. We're looking for someone who already knows the Sunshine Coast home care or NDIS sector, has real trust in the community, and wants to build something that lasts.

What we are looking for:

•    Be based in the Maroochydore, Buderim or Caloundra area.

•    Genuine existing networks in the Sunshine Coast home care, NDIS, aged care or allied health sector

•    Experience in relationship-based work. Sales, account management, community development or sector engagement

•    Confidence on the phone and face to face. Comfortable making calls, dropping in on businesses and facilitating small events

•    The drive and self-direction to operate largely independently — setting your own priorities, managing your own pipeline, and delivering results without close day-to-day management

•    A genuine care for the home care and disability sector - this work matters to the people who rely on it

•    Direct experience working in home care, NDIS, aged care or community services on the Sunshine Coast
