We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving product adoption and retention. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals while maximizing the value of our products or services. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth implementation experience.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions and guidance.
  • Monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve retention.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and overall customer success outcomes.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and advocate for improvements.
  • Prepare reports and insights on customer performance and trends.

✅ Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and metrics.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing accounts.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
