Role Description

You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, clinic owners scaling past $100K/month with our ANA ConsultFlow System™. This isn't a passive check-in role. You'll manage onboarding, monitor campaign performance, run weekly client calls, flag issues before the client sees them, and be fully accountable for client satisfaction and retention across your book of accounts.


Qualifications

  1. 2+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or customer success role
  2. Comfortable working with business owners — not entry-level consumers
  3. Familiar with performance marketing concepts (you don't need to run ads, but you need to understand what good and bad looks like)
  4. Confident communicator on calls and in writing — no hand-holding required
  5. Organised, proactive, and allergic to letting things slip through cracks
  6. Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Slack, Airtable, or similar CRM/project management platforms is a strong plus
