We’re looking for a commercially sharp, revenue-driven operator who thrives on the chase and knows how to turn wins into long-term growth. If you love building pipeline, closing deals, and then expanding accounts—you’ll feel right at home here.
What you’ll own
1. Business Development (Building Rapport)
Identify, engage, and close new customers and strategic partners
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline (inbound + outbound)
Lead demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations end-to-end
Develop partnerships with key industry players to expand reach
Work with marketing to sharpen lead gen and conversion
2. Customer Success (The Expansion)
Own onboarding and activation—drive fast time-to-value
Build strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders
Increase product adoption, usage, and engagement
Proactively manage accounts to reduce churn and grow revenue
Be the voice of the customer—feed insights into product and strategy
What you bring
2–5+ years in SaaS sales, business development, or customer success
A strong commercial mindset with real revenue ownership
Proven ability to manage the full customer lifecycle
Excellent communication—you can sell, influence, and build trust
Comfortable in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
Data-driven—you manage pipeline and performance with numbers, not guesswork
