The Role

We're hiring a part-time Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist to take ownership of our support process and help ensure new customers successfully get up and running.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. Your primary responsibility is to make sure no customer issue or follow-up is missed, while delivering structured onboarding training and ensuring customer success. This role is critical to customer retention — consistency, organisation, and follow-through are key.


Hours, Rate & Engagement

  • Part time, ~4 hours per day — with a pathway to full time
  • Preferably 9am–1pm AEST (some flexibility on exact hours for the right candidate); consistent daily schedule required
  • $38–$44 per hour + super (casual), depending on experience
  • Remote (AU/NZ) — immediate start preferred

Requirements — Must-Have

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Reliable and consistent — follows through on commitments
  • Able to manage tasks without dropping details
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and routines
  • High level of ownership and accountability


Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS customer support
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira etc.)
  • Experience in training/process development/operations
  • Basic technical understanding (bugs, workflows, systems)
  • Familiarity with Xero or ERP systems
