About Us:
Brighter Brokers is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in lead generation for Australian mortgage brokers. We manage campaigns for brokers across the nation, and we're scaling fast.
The Role:
Manage clients as their main point of contact and success coach
Conduct check-in calls and keep clients informed on performance
Respond to client questions via Slack
Flag at-risk accounts early and work with media buying team to resolve issues
Implement retention and upsell strategies
What We Need:
Account management or client-facing experience (agency background a bonus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent English (written and verbal)
Comfortable owning client relationships independently
Available 9 AM - 5 PM AEST (Sydney time)
Compensation:
Base + OTE: $80K-$110K AUD yearly
Strong base and uncapped bonuses
Performance reviewed at 3 and 6 months
Key Performance Targets:
Keep monthly churn below 10%
Maintain client satisfaction across all active accounts
Flag at-risk clients before they escalate
Management Style:
Forward-thinking, collaborative and direct with high but fair expectations. You'll get full training, SOPs, and a clear system to follow.
