Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Company Registry clients.
• Deliver a proactive and high-quality client experience across all interactions.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Support onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.
• Provide guidance on registry and governance-related matters.
• Identify opportunities for service enhancements, renewals, and growth.
• Contribute to technology improvements and process optimisation initiatives.
• Manage client issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Act as the voice of the client within the business to support continuous improvement.


About You

We're looking for a commercially minded and client-focused professional who enjoys building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service outcomes.

You'll Bring:

• 4+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, Registry Services, Financial Services, or a related professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and corporate governance frameworks.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality service outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and client management systems.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
