About the Role
I'm seeking a motivated Software Engineer DevOps to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable cloud environments. This is a hands on, customer facing delivery role where you will collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product Engineering to deploy production grade solutions directly within enterprise client cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Delivery
Deploy, maintain, and optimize secure, scalable systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Implement cloud security best practices across IAM, networking, encryption, and access controls.
DevOps and Automation
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable software delivery.
Automate operational processes, environment provisioning, and deployment workflows.
Implement observability frameworks including metrics, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
Manage production Kubernetes clusters, troubleshooting and optimizing containerized workloads.
Customer Delivery
Work directly with enterprise clients to support deployments and operational improvements.
Translate technical requirements into practical implementation plans and architectural recommendations.
Support incident resolution and surface client product feedback to internal teams.
Experience and Skills
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
2 plus years of experience in cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering roles.
2 plus years of hands on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
Strong hands on experience with AWS and deploying cloud based applications.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, containers, networking, and distributed systems.
Background in customer facing technical roles within banking or financial services is highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly.
Technical Toolkit

CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI
Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, cloud native monitoring tools

Exposure to multi cloud environments like GCP or Azure.
Relevant Cloud, Kubernetes, or AI ML certifications.
Experience supporting AI ML, data intensive workloads, or Generative AI frameworks.
Familiarity with security, compliance, or data governance requirements.
