Customer Success Manager – Auckland


PageProof is the world's #1 rated review and approval platform, trusted by some of the biggest global brands. We're looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Auckland team — someone who can hit the ground running and grow with us as we scale.


You'll start by building deep expertise with our platform and customer base, progressing to larger, more complex accounts as you establish yourself. The path forward is real — but we need someone with enough experience to move through it quickly.


What you'll do:

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts, taking responsibility for adoption, retention, and satisfaction
  • Proactively identify struggling accounts and execute strategies to turn them around
  • Deliver training sessions, Q&As, and short-form video content for customers
  • Work closely with a team of CSMs and a broader international team across Auckland and London
  • Feed customer insight back to the product team to drive improvements


What you bring:

  • Solid experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Confidence dealing with international customers across multiple time zones
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism
  • Genuine comfort with technology and data-driven decision making
  • A proactive mindset — you spot problems before they become issues


A bit about how we work:

Our headquarters are in Birkenhead Auckland, where you'll be working as part of a close-knit team of CSMs. Our customers and London office span multiple time zones, so some flexibility around hours is part of the role — but so is the kind of genuine international exposure that's hard to find without leaving New Zealand.
